Terms and Conditions of Service for Job Seekers and/or Applicants Terms and Conditions of Service for Job Seekers For the utmost benefit of employer members and/or job applicant members in using the website services, and to ensure quality standards as a genuine intermediary platform for the working community, it is necessary to establish these Terms and Conditions of Service. The company reserves the right to amend, modify, or improve the terms, conditions, and contents on the website without prior notice and/or obtaining consent from members. Members are advised to review the terms and conditions as detailed below. Purpose of the Agreement The company’s objective is solely to act as an intermediary between companies using the service and individuals seeking employment with those companies. The service facilitates communication between both parties. Therefore, any damages arising shall be the responsibility between the parties themselves and are not related to the company, which acts only as an intermediary without any involvement or interest in any acts causing damages. However, the company’s liability is limited to errors or omissions in providing the intermediary service and inability to perform such services as required. Note: Changes in the agreement apply to employer members and/or job applicant members.  1. Definitions In these Terms and Conditions, the following words shall have the meanings ascribed: 1.1 "Advertisement" means any announcement seeking personnel for employment and includes all types of advertisements appearing on the website. 1.2 "Data" means texts, audio files, music, images, videos, and similar items. 1.3 "User" means a person who requests to use the website services. 1.4 "Job Seeker" means a person who registers as a member in the applicant role on the website for the purpose of job seeking and receives a username and password. 1.5 "Employer Member" means a person who registers as a member in the employer role on the website for the purpose of recruitment and receives a username and password. 1.6 "Profile" means the personal history of the job seeker, including education and work experience, prepared by the job seeker and stored on the website with the consent of the data owner.  2. Scope of Service Use Job applicant members must provide complete and truthful information in the application form. If it is later found that any information is incomplete and/or inaccurate, the company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice and without refunding any fees paid (if any).  3. Username and Password Job seekers agree to keep their username, password, or any other login credentials confidential and not disclose them to others under any circumstances. The company shall not be responsible for any damages arising from loss or unauthorized disclosure of such information. Job seekers acknowledge that any transaction or use of the service via their username and password shall be deemed their own act and legally binding without the need for additional signatures or consents. For security reasons, if job seekers suspect that their username or password has been accessed by others, the company recommends changing the username or password immediately.  4. Scope of Service Provision User accounts are personal and non-transferable. Users may not lend or authorize others to use their accounts. Any actions through the account shall be deemed the direct act of the job seeker and legally binding. Job seekers agree to provide complete and accurate information and documents as requested by the company to facilitate service. The company reserves the right to suspend or cancel services without prior notice and without refund if the information is incomplete or inaccurate. The company is not liable for damages, delays, or service interruptions including but not limited to data transfer issues, system instability, connection problems, display errors, or computer viruses, provided the company has acted appropriately. All intellectual property rights related to the system, user accounts, data, content, and services developed belong exclusively to the company. Reproduction, modification, copying, publishing, or commercial use without written permission from the company is prohibited. For security or necessary reasons, the company reserves the right to modify, amend, or add terms and conditions without prior notice unless significant changes occur, in which case the company will notify via appropriate channels such as email, website, or application.  5. Applicant Profile, Application, and Supporting Documents The storage and delivery of profiles, applications, or supporting documents shall be conducted only with the consent of the job seeker/applicant. The company’s responsibility is limited to delivering such data to employers for recruitment purposes and does not guarantee the number of searches or contacts from employers. The company reserves the right to refuse, modify, withdraw, or cancel distribution of information that violates laws, morality, or contains inappropriate content, including inaccurate or incomplete data, without prior notice. Job seekers/applicants must ensure that all information and documents submitted to the company are accurate, complete, and current. They are responsible for updating information as changes occur and shall not violate laws, morality, or the rights of the company or others. If job seekers/applicants breach laws or these terms, the company may delete, modify, move, or remove some or all information, including suspending user accounts or services without prior notice. If profiles, applications, or supporting documents contain personal data of others, job seekers/applicants must confirm they have consent from the data owners. The company is not liable for damages or claims arising from the use of such information. The company will retain profile data, applications, and supporting documents until the job seeker/applicant requests deletion.  6. Job Application Job seekers can apply for jobs via three main methods: Creating an account and uploading their profile. Uploading resumes, portfolios, or other documents via the upload system. Applying via email as specified in job announcements. Applicants acknowledge they have reviewed the job qualifications thoroughly and confirm they meet the stated requirements. Applicants consent to contact by government agencies or other entities designated by employers as part of the job application process (if any). If any submitted information or documents are false, inaccurate, unlawful, immoral, or inappropriate, the company reserves the right to delete, modify, or suspend usage without prior notice. The system will automatically send email notifications such as application confirmations or background check results to applicants. The company reserves the right to refuse, stop publishing, or cancel any inappropriate or non-compliant information. Profiles and application documents submitted through the system will be forwarded to employers solely for recruitment consideration. Applicants acknowledge the company is not responsible for the content, images, or information displayed in job advertisements on the website.  7. Screening and Application Review The company offers services to verify application data and documents to help maintain applicant standards and reputation before forwarding to employers. All applications will be screened to prevent spam or inappropriate advertisements, whether submitted by email, file upload, or form completion. The company may contact applicants via email, phone, or other provided contact channels for further information. If any information is found to be inaccurate, illegal, vulgar, obscene, or inappropriate, the company reserves the right to modify or delete it without prior notice.  8. Job Search and Job Recommendation The company uses job seekers’ search data to improve job vacancy searches tailored to their needs. The company uses data on jobs of interest and previously applied positions to recommend other vacancies. The company retains job seekers’ related search and recommendation data for no longer than 1 year.  9. Responsibilities of Job Seekers Job seekers or applicants who are minors under 20 years old or not legally competent must obtain consent and approval from a guardian before using the services. Job seekers must keep passwords and any login information confidential and not disclose them to third parties under any circumstances.
Terms and Conditions of Service for Employers For the best interests of employer members and/or job seeker members in using the website services, and to ensure a quality standard of service as a true community platform for workers, it is necessary to set the terms and conditions of use. The company reserves the right to amend, modify, or improve any terms, conditions, and content on the website without prior notice or consent from members. It is recommended that members review these terms and conditions as follows: Purpose of the Agreement The company operates solely as a mediator between companies using the service and individuals seeking employment with those companies. The company facilitates contact between them only. Therefore, any damages arising are the responsibility of the parties involved and not related to the company, which acts only as a mediator and has no interest or involvement in any acts causing damage. However, the company's liability is limited only to errors or omissions in providing mediation services where the company cannot fulfill its role as a mediator.  1. Definitions In these terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed: 1.1 “Advertisement” means any announcement to recruit personnel or any form of advertisement appearing on the website. 1.2 “Data” means text, audio files, music, images, videos, and other similar content. 1.3 “User” means any person who requests to use the website services. 1.4 “Job Seeker” means a person who registers as a job seeker member on the website to search for employment and receives a Username and Password. 1.5 “Employer Member” means a person who registers as an employer member on the website to post job vacancies and receives a Username and Password. 1.6 “Profile” means the personal history of the job seeker, including education and work experience, created by the job seeker and stored on the website with the owner’s consent.  2. Scope of Service For safety or other necessary reasons, the company may modify, change, or add services provided to employers without prior notice. All intellectual property rights, user accounts, data, content, and services created or developed on the website and/or applications or obtained during the service belong exclusively to the company. Reproduction, copying, modification, dissemination, or any other action for public dissemination or commercial gain without prior written consent is prohibited. The company is not responsible for any errors, damages, costs, or losses resulting from the service, including delays in data transfer, information publication time, disruptions, system stability, viruses, if due care has been reasonably exercised. Employers agree to provide information in forms and types as requested by the company for the benefit of service provision, and the company will retain such data until the employer requests deletion. The company is not responsible for service failure or defects caused by failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Employer accounts are for exclusive use by the employer only and cannot be transferred or lent to unauthorized third parties. The company reserves the right to display advertisements for services, employers, or third parties. The company is not bound to provide services until the employer submits required information.  3. Nature of Service The system provides job search and application services for job seekers, and job posting and candidate profile searching for employers, along with useful news and content. All content published by employers through the system is the employer’s responsibility. The company does not control or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of such content but will moderate it as appropriate. Users should use the service responsibly, comply with laws, and consider data security and other users’ safety. Employers agree not to: Publish illegal, immoral, obscene, defamatory, racist, religiously offensive, or infringing content. Impersonate company employees or authorized persons. Modify content or system without permission. Violate intellectual property rights. Disclose personal data without consent. Send viruses or harmful software. Send spam, chain mail, or unauthorized solicitations. Promote illegal or violent behavior. Publish content causing social discord or negative public criticism.
Privacy Policy Personal Data Collected Use of Personal Data Methods of Personal Data Disclosure Protection of Personal Data and Data Subject Rights Deletion of Personal Data Personal Data Storage Methods Changes to the Privacy Policy Personal data collected The Company has prescribed different types of personal data to be collected and used, including the method of data collection, in the table below: 1.1 Personal Data of Job Seekers User account data Personal record and job application data Usage data The table below explains the data of the user accounts of Job Seekers Type of Personal Data Explanations Period of Data Collection User accounts Your personal data in your user accounts shall consist of: Email Password the Company shall keep the password in a cryptographic format for the safety of user accounts. The Company shall collect all your personal data given (1) throughout the period when you are an active user of the system; and (2) the company shall retain such data for 90 days and for no longer than 120 days after your user account was deleted from the system. The table below explains the data of the personal records and job applications of Job Seekers Type of Personal Data Explanations Period of Data Collection Resumes Your personal data included in the printed form of “Resumes ” shall consist of: Photographs First name and surname Date of birth Gender/height/weight Marital status/nationality/religion Telephone numbers/emails/LINE ID/address Disability Abilities/capabilities Educational background/ work record Nature of work required Referrals, etc. After you have subscribed and completed your personal records in printed form for use in a job application, you may adjust the parameters of Resumes, as follows: Searchable and able to be found by Employers Searchable and able to be found by Employers but personal data is partially concealed Personal records completely concealed to prevent from being searchable and found by Employers in search entries Personal records deleted from the database. The Company provides services of checking Resumes kept in the system, and the Company may notify any errors or invalidity of data to you via emails or telephone numbers or through other contact channels given by you before sending them to Employers which have published such job positions for the good image of Job Seekers. The Company shall collect all your personal data given (1) throughout the period when you are an active user of the J system; and (2) the company shall retain such data for 90 days and for no longer than 120 days after your user account was deleted from the system. Job applications through the method of submitting Resume You may apply for a job position by sending the data of job applications recorded and kept in the system to Employers publishing such job positions. The Company shall collect all your personal data given (1) throughout the period when you are an active user of the system; and (2) The Company shall delete or destroy or make such data unidentifiable; in doing so, the company shall maintain such data for at least 90 days and continue to proceed as requested for no longer than 120 days as from the date of receiving the request. Job applications through the method of Upload Files You may apply for a job by sending files of documents such as resumes, transcripts, documents of work performances, copy of house registration, copy of ID Card or other supporting documents of a job application, etc., on the system. The Company provides services of checking supporting documents of a job application kept in the system, and the Company may notify any errors or invalidity of data to you via emails or telephone numbers or through other contact channels given by you before sending them to Employers which have published such job positions. Job applications through the method of Sending Emails You may apply for a job by sending messages or files of supporting documents of job applications via emails to Employers. The Company provides services of checking data, emails and supporting documents of a job application for screening spam and advertising emails before forwarding them to Employers which have published such job positions. Job applications through the method of Easy Form For your convenience in the job application, you may apply for a job by recording your curriculum vitae in the prescribed forms. Your personal data included in the printed form of “Easy form” shall consist of: Photographs First name and surname Date of birth Gender Telephone numbers/emails/LINE ID/address Educational background/work record other supporting documents of a job application, etc., The Company provides services of checking Easy Form and supporting documents of a job application kept in the system, and the Company may notify any errors or invalidity of data to you via emails or telephone numbers or through other contact channels given by you before sending them to Employers which have published such job positions. The table below explains the data of service usage of Job Seekers Type of Personal Data Explanations Period of Data Collection Job application records The Company shall keep the data relating to your job application to create historical records of job applications. The Company shall collect all your personal data given (1) throughout the period when you are an active user of the system; and (2) the company shall retain such data for 90 days and for no longer than 120 days after your user account was deleted from the system. Interested jobs The Company shall keep the data relating to jobs that you are interested in for your convenience in reviewing your records of jobs you have been interested in. Searching for job positions The Company shall keep the data relating to your searching for job positions in the system for data processing and development of searching for job positions to increasingly meet your demands. Data of job searches shall consist of the data completed by you in printed form for searching, as follows: Keywords Workplace Types of main works, tasks and businesses Expected salary Coordinates (of communication device) Ranking of job positions that you selected to view in the search results, etc. 1 year Data of use of websites and/or applications The Company may keep the data of your access or method of your use of websites and/or applications through third-party data analysis service providers. In case of storing data usage of websites and/or applications through third-party data analysis service, the Company shall keep all your personal data in the format of data which cannot be properly identified. Conversational voice between Job Seekers and the call center Upon your contact with our call center, the Company may record your conversational voice for improvement and development of the Company’s service provision quality. The company will preserve and store such data for 90 days after such conversation occurs or longer, in the event the company sees fit. 1.2 Personal Data of Employers The table below explains the personal data of Employers Type of Personal Data Explanations Period of Data Collection User accounts Your personal data included in your user account shall consist of: Username Password the Company shall keep the password in a cryptographic format for the safety of user accounts. Contact information of Employers for job advertisements Contact information of Employers that publish job advertisements in the system may be personal data of their employees, personnel or related parties, consisting of: First name and surname Address/telephone numbers/emails/LINE ID, etc. Contact information of Employers that use services in the system Contact information of Employers sent to the Company to use services in the system which may be personal data of their employees, personnel or related parties, consisting of: First name and surname Address/telephone numbers/emails/LINE ID, etc. Supporting information for advertising Supporting information sent to the Company for the publication of job advertisements or other patterns of advertising which may consist of the personal data of any person, as follows: Personal pictures Videos Audio file Messages, etc. The Company shall collect all your personal data given (1) throughout the period when you are an active user of the system; and (2) the company shall retain such data for 90 days and for no longer than 120 days after your user account was deleted from the system. Conversational voice between Employers and the call center Upon your contact with our call center, the Company may record your conversational voice for improvement and development of the Company’s service provision quality. The company will preserve and store such data for 90 days after such conversation occurs or longer, in the event the company sees fit.
